FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How old do you have to be to drive or ride as a passenger?

We require all drivers to be at least 21 years old and you must have a valid State ID or Driver's License while operating the ski per state law. We allow passengers as low as 5 years old.

How many people can ride a ski?

While all of our jet skis are made to seat 3 people, we limit our riders to 2 adults only. 1 driver and 1 passenger. However, we will allow two adults and a child if the total rider weight stays below 400lbs.

Where am I allowed to ride the ski?

Our riding area covers roughly 5 miles in all directions extending out from the breakwall at the mouth of the river. Riders are to remain at least 300 feet away from the nearby shoreline at all times.

Am I allowed to switch out passengers?

Riders are not allowed to take the ski to other areas to unload/load passengers. Since it takes 12 minutes each way to go from our docks and out to the lake, we are not able to transfer riders on the ski during your rental.

How much weight is allowed per ski?

We limit the total rider weight for each ski to 400lbs.

Is there anyone out on the water to help us if we need it?

All rentals are escorted up the river by a member of our staff on a chase ski and will remain on the lake for the duration of your ride. Their job is to act as a lifeguard should you need assistance getting back on your ski in the event of a fall, keep track of time remaining on your rental, and provide a line of communication to shore in case of emergencies.

Do we need to bring our own life vests?

We will provide you with a life vest. We have vests that will fit all ages and sizes.
